linda pauley

Director

Linda Pauley has been the Director of Risen Savior Early Learning Center since it opened in 2002. She holds a BA degree from Arizona State University's College of Business and an MA Ed. degree from Concordia St. Paul in Early Childhood Education. She has been a Fellow in both the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Legacy Leaders and the Harris Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Training Institute. Linda also is advocate for early childhood issues in Arizona for both the workforce and the children, who deserve quality early care and education. 

Julie capistran

Associate Director

Julie Capistran is the Assistant Director - Operations and has been working at Risen Savior for over 20 years! She manages HR, the federal food program subsidy, and purchasing for the center. Julie has also served as a Pre-K teacher and is active in state advocacy work on behalf of the early childhood field.

Makenna Doty

Family Support Specialist

Makenna Doty is the Family Support Specialist. She tours families through our facility, helps families with the enrollment process, and runs all of our family engagement- from online presence to in person events. She has an education degree from Grand Canyon University and has been working in education for 6 years.
